It is the responsibility of the STUDENT to contact the instructor for missed assignments.  Absence from class is NOT an acceptable excuse for not having an assignment complete or for not being ready for a test.  If an assigned test is MISSED, a grade of “0” will be recorded unless a PHYSICIAN’S EXCUSE or an OFFICIAL ABSENCE from the Dean of Students is presented. All make-up tests for any EXCUSED absence will be given at a time convenient for the instructor.  Assignments must be completed by the designated assignment schedule. Late assignments will not be accepted. In order to withdraw from the course, the student must complete an exit interview with the Program Chairperson.

FINAL EXAM:  All students are required to take a proctored final exam in this course. There will be no exemptions
