Chapter 1 Review:    Real Numbers, Exponents, Order of Operations, and Expressions

1. Translate algebra sentences
2. Add, subtract, multiply, and divide signed numbers
3. Use exponents and order of operations
4. Evaluate algebraic expressions
5. Translate phrases to expressions and sentences to statements
6. Use the distribute property to remove parentheses
