I would like to add an "How to Cite in MLA, APA or Turabian" guide to my course

Instructors can quickly and easily insert any page or part of a page they see on the Hinds CC Library web site using the Tool App in Canvas. 

1) Before you begin in Canvas, find the Hinds CC Library's page you want to add to Canvas and note the url (this gives you the title and page name that you will need to find and add the page or part).

 

2) Go back to the Canvas page where you want to add the library's material and click the Apps tool drop-down:

 

3) Use the Library Tools app to find the page or part you need.  The "LibGuides Site" will always be the Library Home Page; "Content Type" can either be the whole page or a part (box); the "Guide Name" and "Guide Page" will be the last part of the URL you took note of.

 

4) Click on "Embed."
