If you are having trouble with MyLabsPlus, here are a few things to try:

  • make sure you have the most up to date version of your browser (Google Chrome is the recommended browser for MyLabsPlus)
  • Make sure your Adobe Flash Player and reader are the latest version
  • Make sure your computer will accept 3rd party cookies
