EXTRA CREDIT

For those of you who want to do extra credit, here are two options.  Choose one below for 10 points that I will add to your Test 1.  Upload your Verification form for your volunteer work.

 1.  Work at a food pantry, food bank, food network, soup kitchen, etc. for 3 hours. You do not have to complete all three hours in one location but be sure to submit verification forms for three total hours. Many churches have food pantries or need help delivering baskets and there are many opportunities to help.  Upload verification form signed and completely filled out.  I will call and verify that you volunteered with the organization.  If you need help finding an organization let me know.

2.  Watch a food, nutrition, or health documentary. There are many online for free or streaming on Netflix. Submit a minimum 300 word essay on the aspects of the film and how you can change your current diet or lifestyle from ideas from the film. Paper must meet the above requirements. No partial credit.
